Designed by BOD-YAT A.S. with interiors designed by Gilles & Boissier, its imposing presence, with a maximum length of 31.82 metres, a width of 6.80 metres and a draft of 2.88 metres, offers a balanced vision of generous spaces and refined design.
The hull, made of mahogany lamellar planking and beams reinforced by metal plates, is a combination of tradition and modernity, guaranteeing structural solidity and an aesthetics typical of the schooner.
The interiors of "BLACKWOOD I" welcome guests in impeccable luxury. The master cabin, accessible through the central corridor, is a haven of comfort with a king size double bed in the center, surrounded by convertible sofas and a bathroom complete with bidet and shower. The two guest cabins, each equipped with a large double bed and a single bed have their own private bathroom.
The saloon/wheelhouse where there is a large table, the internal wheelhouse, a large sofa is a fusion of elegance and technology, furnished with care and lit in a welcoming way gives fantastic sensations even in winter. The kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, reflects a commitment to culinary excellence even at sea.
The propulsion of the "BLACKWOOD 1" is provided by two NEW 2022 Cummins Italia OSL9 heavy duty engines, a guarantee of reliable performance, while three generators, including two Kohler and a Dynamica mini 80, have been overhauled at ZERO hours.
Recent maintenance work, such as the replacement of the cushions and the installation of a black water drainage system, highlight the constant attention to the maintenance and evolution of this extraordinary vessel.
